Being here in Schmagerow in September is fantastic. The air smells of autumn and harvest, the sunlight comes in at an angle throught the morning mist and slowly colors the landscapes and villages with a golden glow. The cranes are gathering here. They come from Poland and Sweden and will spend a bit of time here before they go on their trip to Africa for the winter. Various times a day they are flying over the fields in large flocks with an untidy V in the sky, making incredibly loud noises as they do so. It is a priviledge being here and witnessing the landscapes changing with the season and getting charged with the last sunny days. Superb to be able to have all that as the backdrop of a Transformation Intensive on personal development and leadership. Here are some impressions…
